COV RMA Warranty Terms:
The Council of Vapor (COV) provides all end user customers with a 3 month warranty (90 days) on all
COV manufactured battery operated devices. The warranty covers any manufacturing defect or
malfunction that may occur unrelated to accidental damage, misuse, tampering or general wear and
tear. The battery device is warrantied from the date of purchase through 90 consecutive calendar days.

Items not under warranty: Atomizers, tanks, rebuildables, coils, drip tips, screws, o-rings, posts,
insulators, wrenches, glass, or any other part of the tank/atomizer, squonker bottles, or accessories.
To receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your device please open a help ticket with the
Council of Vapor (COV) Help Desk or call 909-839- 5384. A purchase receipt and serial number will be
requested from the end user customer to be submitted with the RMA Form. The device must still be
within the 3 month warranty and be posted/shipped to The Council of Vapor (COV) Help Desk no later
than 7 days from the date of the approved RMA. Returns shipped outside of this time period will void
the Return Merchandise Authorization and the device will be returned to the end user customer. The
replacement device will not be shipped out until the end user customer’s RMA Form with the returned
device has been received in house. RMA’s will be processed within 10 business days from the date
received in house. The customer will be notified by email/help ticket reply that the RMA has been
completed. For end user customer convenience COV will ship the replacement battery device to the end
user customer free of charge with a USPS tracking number. RMA shipment of battery devices for return
are the responsibility of the end user customer and no refunds or credit will be issued for return
Battery devices received in house that are outside the 90 day warranty period or are not eligible for
return under the terms of the COV Warranty will be returned to the noted address. Returned battery
devices will undergo a quality check and assurance for any overall malfunction or manufacturing defect
as well as any issue noted by the end user customer. A new battery device of the same model will be
issued to the end user customer for any manufacturing defect or malfunction found unrelated to
accidental damage, misuse, tampering or general wear and tear. In the event the battery device is found
to have no manufacturing defect or malfunction the battery device will be sent back to the end user
customer free of charge. Battery devices that do not come with atomizers will not be sent with
atomizers. At this time returned battery devices cannot be exchanged or upgraded to another model.
The returned device will be exchanged for the same model.
COV does not retail to the public and cannot issue a refund for the purchased device. COV cannot
provide a purchasing system for the customer for any product.
